We start by visiting your property and assessing the area to give us and yourself a better idea of what will be undertaken throughout the project. We’ll talk with you thoroughly and of course, let you ask any questions that you might have to make sure we are the best fit for the work.
From here, we will give you a quotation, and once accepted, we’ll return to the site to discuss with you the plan of action, the working conditions, and again get any questions answered that you may have. From here, the work begins, and we will do everything as efficiently and seamlessly as possible right up until completion.
HOW WE DELIVER IN SIX STEPS
Step One – Assessment
We first meet with you to determine all your needs, assess the condition of the property and the site location. We try to gather all the specifics you require down to the colour of the walls, sockets, etc.Step Two – Quotation
We will provide a clear detailed quotation along with a concise breakdown of the cost items.Step Three – Pre Start
Once a quote is accepted, we meet again to go over the contract, the work programme, and introduce you to your project coordinator (admin/support) and Project Lead (Onsite builder). Then set a start date and payment schedule.Step Four – Build
Following commencement on site, we will give you weekly updates of progress, inform you of any changes/issues ahead of time. We aim to keep in close contact with you throughout the process to ensure you are informed throughout.Step Five – Pre-Completion
